Pagos por retiros de fondos suman US$ 43.900 millones y el 94,9% de las deudas de alimentos está al día - SP. Superintendencia de Pensiones

Hasta las 17:00 hrs. del 4 de abril pasado, el sistema registraba 11.108.923 solicitudes exitosas o aceptadas por el primer retiro de fondos. De ellas, el 98,8% está al día, con un total de US$ 16.481 millones pagados.
Respecto del segundo retiro, a la misma fecha se contabilizan 9.310.323 solicitudes aceptadas, de las cuales, el 98,1% está pagado. En este caso, los montos entregados suman US$ 14.096 millones.
Por su parte, al mismo día 4 de este mes, el tercer retiro enteraba 8.866.654 solicitudes exitosas. De ese universo, el 98,5% está al día, con un pago total que asciende a US$ 13.323 millones en total.
Finalmente, y también al viernes 4 de abril de este 2025, los tribunales de familia habían autorizado el pago de 629.880 liquidaciones por deudas de alimentos. De ese total, las administradoras declaran tener al día 597.763, por un total de US$ 668,6 millones.

De acuerdo con la información recabada por la Superintendencia de Pensiones, hasta las 17:00 hrs. del pasado viernes, 4 de abril, los pagos cursados entre los tres retiros de fondos sumaban 28.839.853. Para efectuar dichos pagos, las administradoras han girado, en total, US$ 43.900 millones, esto considerando el valor del dólar al mismo día 4 ($ 946,6).

En cuanto a las deudas de alimentos, al pasado viernes, los tribunales de familia habían autorizado el pago de 629.880 liquidaciones, de las cuales 597.763 están al día, equivalentes al 94,9%. El pago promedio, en este caso, fue de $ 1.058.727, mientras que los pagos totales alcanzan los US$ 668,6 millones.

Retiros de fondos

Según los datos reportados por las siete administradoras de fondos de pensiones (AFP), hasta el 4 de abril pasado, con corte a las 17:00 hrs., las solicitudes aceptadas por el primer retiro de fondos totalizaban 11.108.923. De ellas, el 98,8% o 10.971.061 solicitudes están al día, con un pago promedio de $ 1.421.986 por solicitud y un desembolso total de US$ 16.481 millones.

Por su parte, el segundo retiro de fondos registraba 9.310.323 solicitudes exitosas, de las cuales el 98,1% o 9.134.494 solicitudes están pagadas. El monto promedio entregado por solicitud, en este proceso, fue de $ 1.460.711, mientras que los pagos totales llegan a US$ 14.096 millones.

Por último, hasta el viernes pasado, el tercer retiro sumaba 8.866.654 solicitudes aceptadas. De ellas, 8.734.300 están al día, lo que equivale al 98,5%. En este caso, el pago promedio fue de $ 1.443.851 y, en total, se han destinado US$ 13.323 millones.

Pensiones de alimentos

Hasta las 17:00 hrs. del 4 de abril pasado, era AFP Cuprum la administradora que lideraba los pagos por deudas de alimentos, con un 100,0% de cumplimiento. En segundo lugar se situaba AFP Capital, con el 99,8% y, en tercero, AFP Habitat, con el 97,5%.

La SP recuerda que continúa monitoreando directamente los pagos de las liquidaciones de pensiones de alimentos por parte de sus fiscalizados, y trabajando de manera coordinada con la Corporación Administrativa del Poder Judicial (CAPJ) y con las AFP para agilizar y hacer más eficiente este proceso.
